Welcome to a fun low impact, low intensity 45 minute dance class. Great for improving, core strength, increased flexibility, mobility and can help reduce the risk of injury.
Enjoy different forms of dance including ribbons, balls and small hoops.
Benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise. It’s ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It may also be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc.
